Autofest NI, Ballymena Showgrounds, 17-5-09
Autofest today made a return to the Ballymena Showgrounds for another feast of modified car action and
entertainment. The event included Live Shows from Russ Swift (as seen on Jeremy Clarksons Heaven & Hell DVD), an International Stunt Bike Team, all
types of vehicles of interest including themed lorries, motorbikes, classic and vintage vehicles, a show and shine competition, a war of the websites
football competition, a retail village, a fun fair, mini quads and lots of entertainment for the family. There was also a raffle in aid of N.I Chest
Heart and Stroke Association.
So plenty of action all around for the whole family. Sadly though the usual rubbish weather put a dampner on the action but it still didnt stop most
people from having a good time. A big thanks to the organisers for all their hard work and to everyone who attended the event.
