DDT Drifting and Diffing, County Donegal, 27-12-05
The latest round of action at the DDT included the usual drifting, diffing and timed lap entertainment. As is
normal for this time of year it was absolutely freezing but it would take more than cold weather to put off the local Donegal men and visitors from
further afield.
The same usual faces and a load of new faces could be found ready for action. These included Brian O`Connor in his now famous Devine Motorsport Yellow
Carlton, Dancer in his sky blue Sierra, Baz in his red 325i BMW and Alan McBride in his new white 325i. A blue Suzuki Van was argueably the star of
the show as the two lads had constant grins on their faces diffing the life out of it. Hilariously it even rolled over at the end of the day but
thankfully no one was hurt and the lads even jumped on it to celebrate getting it to topple! Richard Bradley, famous from drifting his multi coloured
Senetor, made an appearance in a very quick Nissan 200sx but took it relative easy in the slippy conditions to get used to the power increase.
All in all the big crowd had a good day and although a few drivers who clearly wanted to drift were prevented from doing so by people in their way
doing circles. Other than this slight problem the day were well and a big thanks to the organisers for allowing Jon44w.Com special access for the
photos.
